Our vineyards are located in Amyndeon, at the northwest part of Greece, Florina region. The wines produced, in this very special mesoclimate, are the alter ego of Naoussa.

Totalhectares: Approximately 800-850

It shows cool continental climate with 1600 GDD
(Growing Degree Days) and high elevations rising to 750m.

The result is a lighter Xinomavro( compared to southern growing regions), full of freshness and elegance. The vineyards of the region are surrounded by three mountains, the three V’s (Vermio (2,052m), Vitsi (2,128m), and Voras (2,554m)) and two lakes (Vegoritida, the largest and Petres) rising from the altitude of 520 m to 750 m.

For a great wine you must first respect the land and then the fruit of the vine:

Our grapes are quickly transported to the press in refrigerated trucks. They are manipulated as little as possible and start their fermentation cycle at the earliest. In the press, the grapes are treated in a gentle manner to gain the free-run juice of each grape variety.

The containers are chosen in order to respect the profile of the wines so that they can express themselves at their best, in stainless steel vats, oak barrels of different volumes and origins, sandstone (CLAY) jars, etc.

Aging goes slowly, without unnecessary interventions. There is no fining or filtration, and we limit wine transfers.
